Full Service Grooming
We provide services ranging from a toenail trim to full-service grooming for both dogs and cats.
All grooming is by appointment only. Our Grooming Department is closed Sundays and Wednesdays.
Pick-up times are given on a first come first serve, however we try to accommodate as best we can but cannot guarantee early out times if you arrive later in the drop off window.
At this time, we are unable to accommodate new customers for canine haircut services unless they are in need of sedation. We are still aaccepting new customers for all feline grooming services as well as new customers for bath services. Please check back with us in the future.

Creative Grooming
Creative grooming is awesome way to show off yours or your pets personal style and flare. From fun colorful pom-poms and funky mohawks to full color character transformation, the possibilities are unlimited. We offer a wide section of services to meet your transformation needs. Bring out your pet's personality with a custom color to match their sass.
These designs are beautiful and unique but understandably take time to achieve and typically take multiple sessions.
If lightening is required, your services will be split into a 3 cluster appointments. We spilt these services to mitigate damage and protect the integrity of their coat.
An advance consultation is required and you must pay a 50% of total cost deposit prior to booking your pet's session
Sedation Grooming
Although sedation is not our preferred method of providing grooming services, there are times that for the safety of the animal or the safety of our staff, it is the only option.
We take this very serious and always make our best attempt to groom an animal before we make the recommendation for sedation to our pet parents.
If sedation for grooming is required, the sedation service will be provided by our neighbors, Paradise Animal Hospital. For more specific information about their practice, type of medication administered for sedation services, and price for just the sedation portion of the service, please see their website augustaveterinarianatparadise.com or call them at 706-860-4544.
If you have booked your pet for a sedation grooming service please remember to pull their food and water the night before their service. All sedation grooming services will have a pick up time of 3pm or later.
We do not provide sedation grooming services on Saturdays.

Behavior Fee
It is our mission to provide high quality grooming services to all of our fury guests, regardless of temperament issues. Each guest we see has a unique personality and needs. We give our very best effort with each animal to give them reasonable patients and work with them to complete their service in the least invasive manner possible. At times a guest may require more than one staff member to assist with their service or their service may require excessive time to complete. Under these circumstances, a behavior fee is applied to service cost.
Reasonable brushing for a grooming service should not take longer than 10 minutes for a pet who's coat is being brushed properly at home. If it takes longer than 10 minutes to brush your pets coat out, you will be charged $1 per minute for every minute past 10 minutes.

Matted Coat Fee
If the coat is not properly brushed and maintained between grooming services, it is possible for your pet's coat to become matted. Tight matting requires special skill and equipment and is a lengthy process to keep a pet calm and comfortable throughout. If any of our guests require this type of mat removal, a waiver is required and additional fees starting at $5 will be added to the service cost.
If your pet is in heat during their grooming services at $10 fee will be added to your grooming services. There are times that it is necessary to have your pet groomed during this time, however, we do encourage you to wait to schedule your pets grooming service if possible.

Arrival and Pick-Up Times and Fees
Grooming appointment arrivals are between 7:30am and 9:00am Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday-Saturday. There will be a $15 per pet late arrival fee will be added to your service cost for after 9am drop-off. After 9:30am, you’re considered “no show" and we cannot guarantee we will be able to groom your pet(s) that day. If we must reschedule your appointment due to late arrival, there will be a 30% of the service cost fee you are required to pay.
Grooming Cancellation/No Show:
To avoid having a no-show fee or cancellation fee you are required to cancel your appointment 24 hours or more in advance, or a fee of 30% of the cost of the grooming service price will be added to your account. This fee is nonrefundable and will not apply to your next service cost.
If you “no show” or miss your cancellation window for 3 of your grooming services, you will be required to pay 30% of the cost of the grooming service as a deposit to confirm any future grooming appointments. This deposit will be applied to your grooming service on your appointment day.
